the 2016 Adelaide Fringe is now only a month away. The Deer Johns are putting the final touches on their contribution to the artistic life of the fair city of Adelaide, boldly going where they have gone before, with at least 50% new material.
Our show this year is called “A Journey”, and funnily enough, is about .. a journey, musical storytelling using a wide range of songs, including some self-penned ones from our soon to be released CD. The style is light comedy (well, you be the judge..), with a dash of pageantry and a morsel of buffoonery.
We will be playing 3 shows this year, all at The Irish Club (Carrington St., city):
Friday, 19February, 8pm
Friday, 04March, 8pm
Sunday, 06March, 8pm
There will be table seating, so a perfect opportunity to bring along your besties/beasties for a selfie opportunity or 3. The show goes for an hour, and after a short break, we will be singing the Big Ones to any in attendance who want to shake it like a polaroid picture. Full bar facilities are available before, during and after the show.
Tickets are available from the Fringe Office. Click here to go there now!
Hope you can make it.
